About Univity CDMA Metro Cell Outdoor (450/800/1900 MHz):The Univity Metro Cell Outdoor is a self-contained, fully integrated BTS in a weather-resistant enclosure. This high power,high capacity base station supports up to 9 carriers/3 sectors in 2 enclosures and speeds cell site installation and commis-sioning. The Metro Cell Outdoor uses components that are identical to the rest
of the Metro Cell portfolio. It is composed of two main enclosures: the Metro Cell Digital Enclosure (DE) and the Metro Cell Radio Enclosure (RE). The Metro Cell DE contains all the digital electronics,including channel elements, power supply, and over two hours of battery backup. The
Metro Cell RE houses the radio equipment, including the Single-carrier Flexible Radio.
